Our 100% Australian premium hemp flour from When Hemp Met…Fine Wholefoods is made using a cold pressed extraction method of oil from the seed and then gently milled into a nutritious flour.
Hemp flour has a fibre content of over 60% soluble and up to 40% insoluble fibre making it an excellent daily health addition to standard recipes such as breads, pasta, muffins and more!

Directions for use: Whilst there are no exact substitution measurements for hemp flour we find that working with 1/3 of a cup to one standard cup of flour works well. Hemp flour can be used by itself or blended with rice flour, tapioca starch and other gluten free flours to make all of your favourite foods.
