Monstera Deliciosa, often known as the Swiss Cheese Plant, is a popular houseplant prized for its dramatic, glossy, and uniquely perforated leaves. Native to the tropical rainforests of Central America, this plant adds a lush, jungle-like vibe to any interior space. Our medium Monstera Deliciosa plants range from 30- 100cm. Appearance: The Monstera Deliciosa features large, heart-shaped leaves with distinctive splits and holes, known as fenestrations, which develop as the plant matures. The vibrant green foliage can grow quite large, making a striking statement in any room. The plant can reach impressive heights indoors, often growing to 6-8 feet tall with proper care.

Care Requirements:

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate lower light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves.
• Watering: Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil feels dry. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so ensure the pot has good drainage.
• Humidity: Thrives in high humidity but can adapt to average home humidity levels. Misting the leaves or using a humidifier can be beneficial.
• Temperature: Ideal temperatures range between 18-29°C. Protect from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.
• Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix, such as one designed for aroids or containing peat, perlite, and bark.
• Fertilization: Feed with a balanced, water-soluble chemical free fertilizer every month during the growing season (spring and summer).
